Our Story

Incentive-AGT is proudly a family business, built up over the years with dedication and a strong commitment to excellence.

Forged through persistence and hard work, this is our story:

Idea Is Born

(July 1st, 2023)

Leaning on a great wall of support, we climbed through hard times—no gym, no equipment, no income—while strengthening our core principles and deepening our understanding of how we’ll build our future school.

New Base of Operations

(December 5th, 2023)

On December 5th, our new facility opened its doors to the public.
With an arsenal of two trampolines, a tumble track, cheer floor, gymnastics equipment, tots area, and an aerial rig, we began teaching.

National Team Camp

(January 28th, 2024)

Only 54 days after opening our doors to the public, our team set out on its first mission—National Team Camp. Our athletes showed exceptional technique and difficulty, propelling the team to new heights.
That week, 11 of our athletes were named to the U.S. National Team. Now, our sights were aimed on our first international competition in Belgium.

First International Competition

(February 17th - May 19th, 2024)

For the first time since great opening, our acrobatics team stepped onto an international stage in Belgium. Our athletes did not shy away from the spotlight—bringing home three gold and one silver medal.

In the following months, our athletes brought home even more shiny medals from Bulgaria and Portugal, cementing our international presence.

Olympic Team Trial Performance

After a near sweep at US GYM CHAMPS, our athletes partook in an olympic trial performance. Featured on NBC and Peacock, acrobats across the nation came together to put a show before the eventual announcement of USA Gymnastics Olympic team.

World Championships

(September 15th, 2024)

After months of early mornings, sweat, and tears, our acrobatics team set out on its most important quest yet—World Championships in Guimarães, Portugal.
Against all odds—issues with the Osso brothers’ FIG license, worlds postponed to fall—our macro team persevered and delivered not just one, but three gold medals and one silver.

Redlands Christmas Parade

(December 6th, 2024)

Incentive-AGT Aerial, Gymnastics, and Acrobatic athletes marched proudly in the Redlands Christmas Parade.
With energy, unity, and unforgettable performances, they captured hearts—and by popular vote, our gym rose to the top, winning the contest.
This moment stood as a symbol of our bond with the community we serve.

Belgium World Cup

(March 8th, 2025)

Now over a year after the first international competition, our acrobats set out on conquest once again. This time it would be World Cup in Puurs-Sint-Amands. With sights set high, our athletes showed a combination of high difficulty, execution, and outstanding choreography, propelling them to Gold and Silver.
